Scoring of Sleep Studies

 

All of the studies scored by Priority Scoring are performed by Registered Polysomnographic Sleep Technologists (RPSGT's) with expert scoring backgrounds.

 

Why Outsource Your Scoring?

AASM Board Certified Sleep Physicians

 

Priority Scoring's AASM Board Certified Sleep Physicians are available for sleep study interpretations, over reads and physician training seminars.

 

Your sleep studies can be scored either by Priority Scoring or by your sleep lab and the interpretations done by our physicians. Our physicians can over read your interpretations during the start up phase of your sleep lab to insure proper care and follow up.

 

Also, our educators can travel to your sleep lab to host an education seminar for your technical staff or physicians to train them to score and/or perform interpretations.

Consultation Services

 

Consultation Services can be performed at any stage of a center´s development. The consultations are performed on-site and includes visiting the night staff to evaluate the technologist´s interaction and sleep study acquisition. We then return the next morning for PSG scoring services and meet with the sleep center physicians and support staff.

 

A summary report is developed and sent within five business days. This report offers detailed observations and valuable suggestions for improvement based on performance weighed against American Academy of Sleep Medicine requirements.

 

Assessment visits can be extended, upon request, if training or refinement is needed. The basic assessment service is offered at a daily or per hour basis plus hotel, meal, and travel expenses.

On-Site Education & Training Services

 

Training is the foundation of a successful practice. If you, like so many centers, are having difficulty finding experienced technologists to perform sleep studies, consider our offer to perform on-site training/education.

 

In a matter of days we can train your staff to a varying degree of expertise to perform specific duties within your facility. 

 

We charge a flat daily fee (plus hotel, meal & travel expenses) regardless of the number of staff trained. When you consider the cost of tuitions, travel expenses, hourly pay and lost revenue from sending multiple staff for off-site training; it sometimes is more fiscally responsible to bring the trainer/educator to your facility.

 

All training is performed by credentialed trainers/educators on-site which helps you to generate revenue during the training process.

 

All-inclusive packages are also offered to better meet your budgetary requirements.
